GS-5 Wax is methylene polymers, is one kind alkanes synthesized by natural gas, now this process has been widely used in changing natural gas into synthetic fuel .

Product Description

GS-5 Wax synthesis means alkanes synthesized by the carbon monoxide and the hydrogen, under high pressure, combined with a unique catalyst. According to the requirement of downstream products (such as fuel, lubricating oil and wax) , the alkanes chain synthesized by this synthesis process may be different in the length, and can be separated by distillation.

Our GS-5 Wax is top grade products, have high melting point, low viscosity, great hardness etc, excellently used in many applications.

The Main Application

Plastic industry

GS-5 can be applied to plastic processing, such as injection, extrusion and granulation industry.

GS-5 can be used as a PVC outside lubricant. Low viscosity can improve the speed of production, help in the mixture when disperse the pigment. Just need add 40%-50% less than normal PE wax, can significantly improve the smoothness of product surface

When use strong color,melting GS-5 can be effectively wetting dye to reduce the viscosity of extrusion.

The GS-5 wax has excellent use in the production of high density color masterbatch 

Ink and paint

When used as powder like particles in the ink, can improve the wear resistance and wrinkle resistance of the applied materials, when used in the painting, they can play a wrinkling effect when used in a powder state, can form stripe and water lines wrinkling effect.
